Church-wide Study: The Gospel of John | Beginning September 13
As a follow up to our August Bible Conference, we will begin a church-wide study of Dr. Ben Witherington's study The Gospel of John. This 12-week in-depth study has a brief daily reading followed by class time with DVD lessons by the author. Withering ton's incisive insight and compelling observations will provide clarity on the powerful and practical ways of the Son of God. Classes will be available on Sunday mornings, Wednesdays at noon and in small groups at various days and times. Please use the form below to find a group that best fits your style.
The cost of your study guide is $10.

From the beginning the importance of community was established when God said, “It is not good for the man to be alone” (Genesis 2:18, NIV). Thank you for taking this important step in your spiritual development!

Here are some ways to help you find the group that best fits your style using the Group Life tool at the bottom of this page:

  1. Check only the most important “Group Type” box(es) first. Once the results pull up, check another box or two until you settle on a group that best fits your situation. If you are participating in the NewSong sermon series "The Toughest Job on Earth," check the "Parent Study" box first.
  2. Review the groups available that fit your criteria and then select one of them to contact. If no groups are listed, then there is not a group that meets all the “Group Type” information you selected. Try deselecting an option or two until you find one that fits.
  3. Click on the Contact icon (envelope with an arrow) to let the group leader know you wish to join their group.
  4. The group leader should contact you within a few days regarding more information about the group. Occasionally, a group leader will miss your email. If you don’t hear from the group leader, please contact Brad Boland to confirm your group registration and get the details needed.

Child care Note: Christ UMC only provides child care for groups meeting at the church when requested. Often, groups hosted in homes work together to come up with a solution that works best for the parents in the group. Please contact your group leader if you have questions or suggestions regarding care for your child/children.
