Heroes of the Faith: Celebrating Influential Black Methodists

Through our Message Series, Heroes of the Faith, we will be inspired by the stories of some of the most influential black Methodist leaders in American history. These persons, some of them very well known, were heavily influenced by their Methodist faith and helped shape our nation and church. We will explore the stories of Harriet Tubman, Harry Hoosier, and Sojourner Truth and the scriptures which shaped them. As we explore these powerful truths, we will be inspired by their legacy of faith that God calls us to carry still.
