Christ Café Holiday Meal Orders

The season is upon us and our Christ Café is serving up special menu items for your Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday meals. All menu items serves 10 people. Limited orders available.

Roasted Young Hen Turkey (10 - 12 lbs.): $45.00 | Brined for 24 hours and rubbed with butter and seasonings. Apples, onions, garlic and aromatics are added to the cavity to add moisture and flavor, and remove for cooking.

Spiral Cut Honey Glazed Ham (9-11 lbs): $50.00 | Rubbed with a combination of sugars, covered with honey and wrapped in its own juices. Ready to heat.

Side Dishes: $30.00 each | Traditionally prepared side dishes may be ordered individually or with a holiday ham and/or turkey. Sides include: Sweet Potato Casserole, Savory Mac-n-Cheese, and Green Bean Casserole.

 

Thanksgiving Holiday Orders

Order November 2 - 16 | Christ Café

Thanksgiving holiday orders are due by Sunday, November 16 at noon. Pick up meal items on Wednesday, November 26 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you would like a different pick up time, please contact Chef Kyle or call 251.342.0462. Limited orders available.

 

Christmas Holiday Orders

Order November 30 - December 14 | Christ Café

Christmas holiday orders are due by Sunday, December 14 at noon. Pick up meal items on Tuesday, December 24 between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you would like a different pick up time, please contact Chef Kyle or call 251.342.0462. Limited orders available.

Staff & Procedures

The Christ Café follows all CDC, Mobile County Health Department, and Servsafe cleaning and sanitizing guidelines. Chef Kyle has taken the latest COVID sanitation classes and has instructed our staff regarding those procedures. Our chef is also Servesafe certified, and all kitchen staff have Mobile County Food handler permits. We clean and sanitize after every shift, function or procedure that is preformed.
